Heirlooms 4 Heroes are individually designed and engraved for you, to commemorate your ancestor(s) who were in WW1 (or any other conflict).

The originator of H4H is Allison Kesterton. She is a family Historian who discovered two Great Uncles who died in WW1 at Ypres & Passchendaele that her family had no knowledge of. They were the inspiration for these medallions which can be passed down the generations to keep the memory alive.

Information

Our Medallions are engraved on 300 million year old Coniston slate, and are hand cut and polished by Coniston Stonecraft. They are 8 cm in diameter and 3 mm in thickness. They come with a red / white / blue ribbon, or other colours are available on request. They are nicely boxed.

To order we need the details you have of your family member. His or her name, D.O.B, Regiment or Service. Perhaps where they served, ond if they were killed where they are commemorated. (We can check this for you). Each Medallion costs £20.00 plus £2.50 p&p. You can pay by cheque, postal order, or cash.

We can produce Medallions for any event or conflict, including with the Star of David. Provided you provide accurate spellings, also in any language.

Create Your Medallion

We can offer a small selection of pre-made 'fronts' for your medallion but we can in most cases get a Regimental Badge or other personalised image when requested. The pre-made fronts include a Dove, Poppy, Tank, Soldier, WW1 Aeroplane, Anchor, and a Victoria Cross.

Name, Rank, Regiment/Battalion, Date when joined/released, Places Served, Date of wounding/death, Burial Location.

If limited information is known about the person we can put a poem or dedication on the back.
